貝若紮那是西藏歷史上最傑出的佛教大譯師，為阿難尊者乘願再來，也是蓮花生大士在藏地的二十五大門生之一。

本尊貝若紮那尊者造像神采具足，形神兼備，半披法衣，以國王遊舞式安坐在蓮花寶座上，面容半怒半笑，三目圓睜，表洞察三世。整尊造像線條剛勁流暢，表情和身軀都充滿力量。

Bairotsana, as the most eminent Buddhist translator in the history of Tibet, is the nivana and rebirth of Ananda, and also one of the 25 disciples of Padmasambhava in Tibet.
As a perfect unity of form and spirit, this sculpture presents an image of Bairotsana sitting on the lotus pedestal with his left feet bent and right one stretched. With the kasaya half on his body, he has a mixed countenance of both anger and smile. His three eyes are wide-open, symbolizing his insights into the past, present and future. With a smooth and rigid profile, you can sense the power in his expression and body.
